Prices, Terms and Conditions

According to the law, the apartment is let for a minimum 3 nights stay till a maximum 3 months stay.

You can arrive in any day of the week, from 14.00 hours/ 2.00 p.m. till 22.00/ 10.00 p.m..

Please choose a flight that is expected to land within 20.00 / 8.p.m..

On the day of departure, the apartment must be left within 10.30 a.m. unless otherwise agreed (to allow for final cleaning).

Rates vary above and below 90 euros per day depending on season, number of guests and length of stay. The final price is agreed with guests via e-mail. 

This price includes all services (gaz, electricity, water, heating, fans, internet wi-fi, an italian mobile phone), bed and kitchen linen, towels, final cleaning. For stays longer than a week, a weekly change of the linen and a quick cleaning, are included in the final price agreed. Tourist tax is not included and it is 3,50 euros per day except for children younger than 10 y.o. for a maximum of 10 days.

Payment: about 20% of the total should be paid in advance on booking, by means of a bank transfer or via Paypal for countries out of the euro area. The balance is to be paid in cash, on arrival.

As soon as we receive your booking via e-mail, we will send you our bank details or Paypal request to allow you to transfer the funds, but the booking will only be considered as binding once we have received a faxed/emailed photocopy of your confirmation from the bank that funds have been transferred.

Cancellation policy: Please be advised that this deposit is refundable via bank transfer with all costs to yourselves or Via Pyapal, if You communicate the cancellation within 45 days before the day of arrival.

Otherwise, this deposit is not refundable.

Also, We regret we cannot make any refunds or reductions if you are unable to start your holiday on the day and time reserved due to illness, delays or personal reasons. Similarly no refunds can be made if you have to cut short your holiday.

You are strongly advised to take holiday insurance to cover you against loss, accidents and accidental damage to the property as we cannot accept responsibility for any death, injury or illness suffered.
